1. Who We Are

Yebo 2 Life (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our") connects patients with HPCSA-registered South African GPs for virtual consultations. We are registered in South Africa (Reg: 2026/354641/07) and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

2. What We Collect

We collect the following personal information:

• Full name, ID number or passport number, date of birth and gender for identity verification
• Contact details including email address, phone number and province
• Health information including symptoms, consultation notes, diagnoses and prescriptions — accessed only by your GP and authorised Yebo 2 Life clinical staff
• Payment references and proof of payment for EFT transactions. We do not collect or store any banking or card details
• Technical data including IP address and device information for security and POPIA compliance purposes
• Consent records including the date, time and IP address at the time consent was given

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used to:

• Conduct virtual medical consultations with HPCSA-registered GPs via WhatsApp or phone
• Issue prescriptions, medical certificates, invoices and other clinical documents
• Process EFT payments and issue invoices and receipts
• Coordinate medication delivery to partner pharmacies and couriers where applicable
• Meet South African legal and HPCSA regulatory requirements
• Maintain medical records as required by the Health Professions Act
• Send you documents and consultation-related communication via email

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We only share your data with:

• HPCSA-registered GPs conducting your consultation
• Partner pharmacies and couriers, only with your explicit consent for medication delivery
• South African authorities where required by law

We do not sell your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.

5. How We Keep It Safe

• All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
• Access to patient records is restricted to authorised staff only
• Every action performed on a patient file is recorded in a full audit trail
• Medical records are retained for a minimum of 6 years as required by South African law, then deleted or anonymised

6. Payment

Yebo 2 Life accepts payment by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) directly into our designated bank account. Our banking details are provided on your invoice. We do not process card payments and we do not store any banking information. Proof of payment is used solely to confirm your booking and forms part of your medical record.

7. Your Rights Under POPIA

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information subject to legal retention requirements
• Object to the processing of your personal information
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa
